listening to: nine inch nails: hurt
lately i've found myself really hating sleeping in. whenever i find myself waking up after 10:00[and even that is pushing it] i kind of get angry at myself. i didn't really know why for awhile, but i think i've figured it out: i must really just like mornings. i admit, i do love mornings, but mainly just for the fact that no one else is awake yet and it feels like i have the place to myself. i like sitting in The Big Comfy Green Chair and listening to some kind of music or watching the university channel with my coffee. i don't know what i like about it so much, though. just something i had been thinking about.
i've also started carrying my big messenger bag again. during the winter i keep my keys and wallet and such in my jacket, but now that a jacket is no long necessairy i lug my bag around. the good thing about said bag is that it's bigger than jacket pockets and can carry more. the bad thing, is that it can carry a lot more so i find myself carrying around a lot more than i need to. before i clean it out i figured i'd share with you what exactly was in it [this was also inspired by
emma who did the same thing at some point or another]
- 3 half finished things of cherry flavored halls
- nine inch nails: the downward spiral cd
- random garbage including: a bag from hmv, receipt for last month's bus pass, ect
- a couple magic cards
- a single green and a single pink jelly bracelet
- house keys
- my mp3 player
- a box of aaa batteries [just in case my mp3 player runs out. several times]
- an empty blue hardcover notebook
= bus transfers from random dates, dating back to 2002
- an empty keychain from circuit driving school
that's all the junk in the front pouch, now onto the second one.
- receipt from when i got mike's switch
- receipt from when i bought my computer
- an almost completely full notebook
- a condom?
- pokémon yellow for the gameboy
- the portable plato book
- about 8 pens/pencils
that is all. let it be noted that over half of that stuff i don't use regularly, and will probably never use again.
