4-11-09 Weigh-in

Starting weight: 296
Previous weight: 277.8
Current weight: 279.4
Goal weight: 150-155

What gives?  I hate gaining weight. :(
Maybe what I lost last week was water weight or something.  Either way, I didn't work hard enough this week.  I need to stick to my workout goals, and write down what I eat.  I know I wasn't getting enough vegetables, and my pizza binge on Thursday didn't help.
