I forgot what week it is...

Starting Weight: 296
Current Weight: 279.0
Total Loss so far: 17 lb
Goal Weight: 150-155

I've kinda been falling off the wagon.  I haven't been writing what I've eaten since coming back from Colorado, and I haven't updated my journal, or even exercized!  I need to get back into those habits if I want to lose weight faster.  I'm surprised that I lost weight since last time I checked, but I need to pay more attention, or I will start gaining this weight back.
