So, my eating patterns are back in order.  I drink plenty of water, and get at least 5 fruits and vegetables a day.  I stay within my points range.

I just have been lazy about exercizing.

Within the past five days or so, I probably only exercized once, and it was only 20 minutes.  I need to get back into that habit! :(
