Week 4 Weigh-In

Starting Weight: 296
Previous Weight: 285.8
Current Weight: 285.6
Goal Weight: 150

I lost .2 pounds this week.  I have been exercizing more, but it's my TOM, so I dunno if that affects my weight loss or not.  Either way, I'm happy to see a lower number, and I guess I'll just have to try harder next week.
