My feet have not been letting up pain-wise.  I have tried walking at a slower pace, and it helped stretch them out the first time, so I tried it again, and now they hurt again.  Maybe I'll spend a day or two focusing on weights.  I dunno.

I had the worst cramps I've had in a while this morning.  I woke up, took some ibuprofen, and passed out again.  My husband woke me up after one pm.  I can't believe I slept so long, but I felt so run down from those cramps.  I am debating whether or not to work out today.  I suppose I should, but maybe keep it short.
