Here's what I ate yesteday:

Breakfast:
Apple
Lite n Fit Yogurt

Lunch:
Homemade Turkey Meatloaf
1/2 c blackberries
whole grain granola bar

Dinner:
Chicken fajita with sour cream, onions, and bell peppers on a tortilla
1/2 c Spanish rice
1/2 c green beans
Fat Free Sugar Free Vanilla pudding topped with blueberries for dessert

Snacks:
10 potato chips
1 serving cheez-its
frozen juice bar
apple
chocolate
dried fruit bar

Just to let you guys know, I don't eat ALL of those snacks after dinner, some of them are between meals.  Haha, however I do need to cut down my nighttime snacking.  Once again spot on as far as WW points go, without using the activity points that I made doing my awesome exercise yesterday.  I suppose I should get more points earlier in the day.

I ate chocolate!  And I didn't overeat!  I made sure to count it, and I learned that if I use moderation, I can have chocolate sometimes without having to feel guilty.  I was having some potato chips last night and I realized, you know what?  They don't even taste that good.  Why am I putting this garbage in my body if I don't even enjoy it?

Oh, crud... I think I'm getting cramps.  Time for my favorite week out of the month...  I heard that exercising helps, so I am off to work out.  I don't think I'll be cranking a 3-mile today, though. :)  Two miles will work just peachy.  Then off to soak in a hot bath!

...and then off to do homework... *procrastination in action*
