18. Do you like having a routine or spend most days just ‘winging it’?

I would have to say mostly winging it.

19. Do you ever travel by bus? When is the last time you did?

By bus it has been a really long time.  May 2001 from the San Francisco airport to just over the Golden Gate Bridge in Sausalito at the start of a visit to SF and Sonoma Valley.

20. In 1958 American puppeteers Jim and Jane Henson established Muppets, Inc. (now known as The Jim Henson Company).  Have you a favourite Muppet character?

Rowlf the dog.

21. Today, in 1787 Samuel Cunard, Canadian-British shipping magnate and founder was born. Have you ever been on a cruise?

I have been on many. It is either 5 or 6. The last one was  in April 1999 to celebrate Sweetie turning 40 that year.  I lost interest when the cruise lines started making super ships.

22. Have you ever handmade decorations for your home for a seasonal holiday/celebration?

Nope.

Today was the first time being out of the neighbourhood since Monday. It was nice to get out. Even if the only purpose to let Sweetie do some banking. We grabbed a breakfast sandwich and after eating that we took a beverage we had also ordered and sat at the water. It was raining. At one point I asked him to turn on the wipers because I saw something in the water. Turns out it was a group of guys doing some water training for some purpose. There was only three of them in the water initially when I didn't know what they were. Certainly they were not dressed in the standard wet suit. Anyway they did their thing and then they left in 10 separate  motorized modes of transport. Some sort of training exercise.

I was going to make chicken meatballs today and sadly the meat had not thawed fully. I will make them tomorrow if we have power as we are suppose to have and  wind storm albeit less than the one on Wednesday.

No plans for the weekend. Hopefully tomorrow the storm will be over and I can tackle some laundry that I sorted today.
