Supper eaten and dishes done.

I get it seems late to eat dinner this late. It is what happens sometimes. For the record should anyone care it was eggs and sautéed mushrooms (brown), pablano peppers and red onion. Fresh finely sliced cucumber was the crunch factor. We had planned to get take out from our favourite Chinese place and they were not open. Sigh. Lunch was pasta in cheese sauce.

I can't really remember much about Friday...I do know it happened and I was there. lol I think it was perhaps the day that the young couple building a house in the neighbourhood had some concrete poured. The hubby is doing all the work himself and thinking when it is all done he will return to his work resting his weary bones. The nice thing is that he is not the guy who will just half ass it. Sweetie called the doctor's office as he is still trying to get his TGN under control. Doctor is back next Friday and will refill his prescription then. It is hard to plan meals around what he is able to eat without his face going off.

Saturday we got out and got our walk in before the skies opened up which is always a bonus. The weird thing was I got out of bed before Sweetie and quietly went to the bathroom, got dressed and went downstairs to feed the cats. I felt really well rested.

Sunday I was not up early at all and for a while today I felt sore. I started to feel less sore by about four pm. Sweetie's dad got out of the hospital on Friday and was back attending church today. This afternoon the two of them had a chat over the phone or maybe over FaceTime. Not sure as I was not there. At some point a home care person will stop by and do an assessment. Likely will get Meals on Wheels 2-3 times a week, someone to come in and do some light housekeeping and who knows what else. Also his medications will get sorted out as that might be part of what landed him in the hospital. It was probably part his sister dying (103) the day before he felt unwell, food poisoning and not following the direction on his pills thus self medicating. Anyway it will all get straightened out and what ever caused his stomach pain has passed on.

14. In 2006 Daniel Craig became the 7th actor to play James Bond in Casino Royale. Who is your favourite James Bond actor (if you have one?)?

Definitely Daniel Craig. I found him to embody a different element of the character. The stories were not so hokey. Sure some of the stunts were a stretch at times. I loved the complexity of Bond's personal story way more compelling.

15. What’s the first thing you do when you walk through the door after a day out of the house?

Change into house shoes, hang up my coat (if the temperature called for one), and put keys away.

16. In 1974 ABBA began their first tour of Europe outside of Sweden. What is the first song you think of when you think of ABBA?

I thought all the songs sounded the same. Dancing Queen might be the song I think of when I think of ABBA.

17. Today, in 1798, a five-day New England blizzard began that covered thousands of houses and killed hundreds of people. What’s the deepest snow you’ve ever experienced in one continuous snowfall?

Biggest one day record was 45.5 cm  (19.1 inches) back in May 06, 1981.
