I've been quiet for a bit. Here's why.
Monday
- replaced my phone at the Sprint store with another model, since I've had three of the same within a month and a half, and each broke with the same unfixable, needs-replacing problem. This new phone seems to be working fine? I just wish it had a keyboard. *sigh*
Tuesday
- met with Mrs C, who critiqued my work and is awesome as ever. ♥
- drove a few hours to hang out with estelwen, who is utterly brilliant and tells wonderful stories. ^_^
Wednesday
- mailed some packages I've been meaning to mail for ages. (I have a problem with getting to post offices, apparently.)
- hung out more with estelwen and was given a tour of her town before I left.
- drove the few hours home, got allergy shots as my first stop back in stL.
- went to Borders and hung out with bloodmeridian, who is in town for a bit. (Both of us bought books. We are naughty, naughty girls.)
- got to see the DadFam (tykes!) for the first time in more than a week. Had good times.
- went to kerobaros and satanthe42nd's house and hung out with them. Also played Rock Band 3 for the first time. Keyboard? Awesome! I would like to state for the record, too, that singing Thrice's "Image of the Invisible" is the bestest thing EVER. (kerobaros can vouch for the joy this song brings all singers.)
Thursday
- reading, randoness, and relaxing around the house.
- currently: watching jameson9101322 play Mass Effect for me and rosalyn_angel. We are Teeme Shepherd, and we rock hardcore.
