How about... secret santa? *grins* Like, in the office, or something.

Or neighborhood... my neighborhood used to do this angel thing, where a gift would appear in a bag on your doorknob, with a picture of an angel, and you'd copy the pic, put one in your window, then put the other in a bag with a gift and leave it anonymously at any neighbor's house that didn't already have an angel in the window.
