According to what I've heard, he reprogrammed a junky OS in it, and is presently the only person who can pilot it.

It's a complicated situation, right? On one hand, his actions of course can never be undone, regardless of his intentions, but on the other hand, what are we going to do? Execute him? Throw him in a prison? That doesn't change anything now.

... sounds like the brass intends to make use of him. ... *sigh* better get to training him, I guess...

Yeah, the kid we picked up is being made an EDF pilot. Shiro says it's because of an OS problem that resulted in him being the only person who can pilot it.
