Your body slides into a tube made of beige plastic only barely big enough to fit. I don't really get claustrophobic, but the experience surprised me - the machine was so massive it felt like sliding into a cave with solid rock only inches away.
The only thing you can see is the beige plastic right in front of you. A small fan blows a slight breeze through the tube. They gave me a thin blanket, but I didn't really need it. I was surprised that I was a little warm despite the fact that only inches away parts inside of the machine were cooled to 450 degrees below zero Fahrenheit.
I sat there for an hour just for a scan of my head concentrating only on trying to hold perfectly still (it probably wasn't one of the newer machines). I had plenty of time to remember the sounds it made. Here is my interpretation:
