This is the first year I've not been tempted to make a record of my voice saying "Graham, shut up" in a loop for the purpose of saving my vocal chords from the constant exercise. The first upside to NEWTs, I suppose.

The Christmas haul was as it's always been. Studying is exactly as you'd expect it to be. Dull and mind-numbing, but necessary.

I'm still completely unsure of what to say. Because Cassius is wallowing in his own girl problems and Melinda is too busy being unsupportive. quite well.

Mine was fine. Graham whined. Ella was an angel and wheedled permission for us to escape before the dinner got really boring. Firewhiskey was consumed.

I don't have any particular plans, except Angelina's birthday party this evening. And my Apparation test. But I must not jinx it by bringing it up. So, yes, I am.
