Bachelorette Day
Today, in short form, was Janta and I going out for lunch with Paul and my Mom and Grandma, then me showing Janta my art piece in the garage (a poor substitute, but better than a picture). Then we went shopping, then we picked up Janta and Ricki and I went lingere shopping, grabbed some Subway, and went to the party.
I am currently sitting in a roomful of the women whom I love the most. We just spent the last couple of hours going to Shoppers for facial stuff, enjoying various facials (Janta made some excellent facial hair facsimiles with the manly Dead Sea mud!) and then we sat around doing pedicures and massages for each other and singing A Capella hymns like Be Thou My Vision, It Is Well With My Soul, and others. Now we're discussing the secret of marriage being servanthood. Moments that I never want to forget.
This day has been incredible, so amazing to be surrounded by so many of the people who love me.
