Recipe Swap

May 15, 2010 18:39

Having recently discovered a love of cooking being something I share with my beloved man, I want your tested and tried recipes! Anyone can feel free to send me a recipe or several!

I especially desire recipes for cookies that don't contain chocolate or nuts, soups that don't contain tomatoes, stir fries, and tasty recipes including different types of beans and lentils. Also, meats that aren't beef, chicken, and pork! Fish of any kind except salmon, especially.

Ingredients I can't handle in large amounts though I can eat a little: citrus, tomatoes, cheeses made from cow's milk
Ingredients I have an allergy or aversion to: chocolate, nuts, salmon, and seafood other than fish in general
Anything with milk or yogurt would have to be goat's milk/yogurt.

Thankfully my man isn't special needs. =) We both really like savoury and spicy foods, so those are great.

Let's see what I can amass! If anyone wants the collection after I get it put together, let me know. Also, ask your friends and forward this post to them! For a full list of foods that I am recommended to eat and not eat, see below the cut. I'm not following this exactly (I positively will not give up my Earl Grey), so don't hesitate to give me a recipe that includes something in small quantities from the no-no list...

Or if you don't want to give me your email because you're a stranger (I won't misuse it, I promise), just comment to this post!
