ah, that. it took me a while to figure it out *mumbling in front of my laptop* i'm guessing "9人で一緒に行こう(kyuu nin de isshoni ikou)" is derived from '9'(kyuu) and '15' ('ichi - gou' if pronounced separately and it sounds similar to 'ikou'
It would be sweet if this was true though.

Ehh, but then it's just kyuu & ichi-gou, the other words were added... Seems more like fan inventions. Well, at least in case of kyuu nin de isshoni ikou... 4人で一緒に行こう! might have been done on purpose tho (like with the release date of Eight Rangers lol)
