LJ verification checkmark
The verification checkmark means that the account is maintained officially on behalf of a famous person or an organization - it's neither a fan page nor a hoax.
The checkmark doesn't imply any additional privileges or rewards for the author.
How to get an LJ verification checkmark
You can receive a checkmark for your blog or a community if you already have a checkmark on any other platform: Twitter, Tiktok, Youtube, Telegram and others. Just post a link to your journal in the social network account profile description and submit an application to the LJ Support service. In the application, please provide links to your verified accounts on one or more platforms.
Communities can also get a verification checkmark, the terms are no different. The owner or one of the maintainers can apply for it.
