Over all these years, you’ve been passionately telling stories, reading them, discussing them in the comments, learning new stuff, making friends, sharing impressions, traveling... Thank you for staying with us!

We, the LJ team, have prepared for you the LJ 25 festival with a ton of activities and nice surprises. We’ll be sharing all this with you throughout the holiday week.

The 25th jubilee is a great opportunity to tell you what makes the number 25 so special. Behold the anniversary project “25 facts about 25”!
‘25 facts about 25’ project
Just a few facts you’ll learn from the project:
- It takes 25 years for a stalactite to grow by 7 cm. On average, its growth rate is 3 mm per year;
- during their lifetime, on average a person spends 25 years sleeping;
- A massive update of core technologies occurs every 25 years. This is called Kuznets swings.
