nor worthy of ad spam...

according to people in the FB 'i have a lj' page (not affiliated with LJ's site, just run by users) even people with paid ads accounts and those with ad block had ADS denoting that Stan Lee had a LJ.....uh??? that's worthy of spamming people with? posting a news post?

i know this is big exciting news to some people, and i don't wish to disaparage that, but what next? we gonna get alerts every time george r.r. martin updates his LJ?

edited to strike out ads and replace with the word i meant, accounts, DOH!

I blocked these frames with AdBlock. Don't care for them. Such things can go on the homepage but not on my personal journal.

yeah i have adblock and it didn't block them, but yes, i could have blocked them individually---but we shouldn't have had to do that....i totally agree, this would have been a perfect thing for the homepage but NOT personal (or community) journals!
