They're removing mutliple galleries and video support. Is it any surprise that the admins continue to remove useful features and refuse to listen to the understandable criticism when it's delivered?

You can still have as many galleries as you wish in the new service -- but no, the new service does not support video uploading.

Anyone with videos currently uploaded will get a notification sometime after the migration is complete that will tell them how they can download any videos they had in the old service.

Ah, sorry -- I thought the OP just meant multiple galleries in general.

No, the new service will not allow you to add an image to multiple galleries -- I don't know if that functionality is being planned for the future or not. For now, a person would need to upload the image individually to multiple locations if they wanted the same image in more than one gallery.
