The announcement is handled by a separate worker process. It has to send millions of emails, so it takes some time (usually 2-3 days).

Sorry, LJ, but a lot of the things that are supposed to be 'improvements' just...aren't. Why do you have to mess with the layouts/buttons/etc all the time?
