Community owners, Farm of Happiness
Frank and Meme had a fantastic Valentines celebration, thanks to your inspiring suggestions. The two were so engrossed in each other's company that they hardly noticed the rainstorm drizzling down on their al fresco dinner of toasted pants nachos. Now both are suffering from wicked colds. They've tried wire soup and lemon-grass drops, but nothing seems to do the trick. Tell them your personal cold remedies (a coordinating userpic is always welcome), and Frank'll send you a box of tissues to keep you armed for future sniffle attacks (up through the first 10 pages of comments).
Update on community owners
We've successfully run the script to determine ownership of communities (wherever possible). Many of you have already received notification emails that you've been designated as the owner of your community or that a poll was created to select an owner, in cases where we were unable to determine ownership conclusively. We've staggered these email notifications, so you may continue to receive them over the next few days. Each election poll will remain open until all maintainers have voted or until three weeks have passed. After three weeks, the maintainer with the majority of votes will be made the owner of the community. If you want to check whether a poll was created for a specific community, visit the election page, select a community from the drop-down menu, and click Switch. If a poll exists for that community, it will load, and you can cast your vote. If an owner was already determined by the script, you'll receive a 'No poll found' message, in which case you can visit the community's Profile page to view the owner.
Farm of Happiness
Thousands of you have been diagnosing your friends in Sim Hospital and cultivating your farming fortunes in Farm Frenzy. This week, we're pleased to announce another new beta game to keep you entertained! Check out Farm of Happiness and grow magical trees, tend your quirky pets, plant exotic flowers, and use your charm to deter thieves. You can view all of our new games in the Game Center.
Header heads up
Since we're nearing the end of this month's header design contest, we wanted to give you a heads up on the next contest, which will be on the theme of healing (in honor of our new Sim Hospital game). You can choose images from the game or create your own original images and designs. We'll give you more details next week!
