Two, actually :) One for the userpic keywords, which took about 3 weeks to get back, and one for the tags, which they got about 90% of back and then the ones I mentioned which they still haven't fixed, over a month later.

I'm disappointed they aren't even addressing the issue here, though, since this is definitely something that's affected a large number of users. At least something outside of the help page (which people won't likely see just casually browsing) to keep us updated would be nice.

It looks like they're working on it, from what I can see in the Support queue. I have a feeling there isn't enough of a majority effected (affected? Do not like those words) to mention it here, though. I didn't realize that issue was ongoing until I saw someone on the next page mentioning it, just before you commented.

Hopefully they'll get it fixed soon.

Yeah, the peak has definitely died down, but for a few days literally almost every other ticket was complaining about userpics, tags, or memories. I hope most of those people have been helped, but there are definitely several who can only access some of their missing information now.

It's extremely not fun going to some of my tags that I used often and finding that, instead of the hundreds of entries that were supposed to be there, there are now only 5 :/

Ouch! I don't do all that much in the way of organization with my tags, but I can see that would be really frustrating.
