Also, I hope you realize that this "business decision" is only going to help you in the short term. In the long term, people will see that LJ is just like every other site out there, run by a greedy business team. New users won't come in such large numbers. Old users will continue to be upset with the way the site is run, and they will continue to leave. Pretty soon there won't be much content left (or it will all be crappy MySpace content) and LJ will suffer. The users, and the owners, will suffer. We see the writing on the wall. Do you?

I'm dissatisfied that LJ has chosen to censor its content. I'm dissatisfied that LJ management has continually refused to communicate clearly with their customers. I'm dissatisfied that now I can no longer create Basic accounts. I'm dissatisfied that I still have to see those stupid Snap previews even when I'm logged in, because they're ugly and annoying and they take forever to load.
