mindrainrpg is a RPG for the Uglies Trilogy by Scott Westerfeld. The game takes place after Specials and before Extras. Therefore no canon that takes place WITHIN Extras can be used in the game.

The Mind Rain
The Mind Rain was started by Tally Youngblood. Special Circumstances has crumbled. The divide between New Pretty Town, Uglytown, and Crumblyville does not exist anymore. Anyone can live anywhere. The surges that were once only for the sixteen year olds can now be used on anyone. In fact, many people both young and old have surges.

But life isn't as perfect as it seems.

A new regime is starting to gain power just as the world finds peace and bubbliness in just being who they are.
