the afternoon in rugs (and cats)
I had this plan, you see, of working on a rug and taking a picture every 30 minutes or so to show off how it progressed.
Pre-rug. A sample of some of the materials I'd be using.
Was marathoning Doctor Who while I worked. This was the progress after 1 episode on Netflix. (I've never sat down and watched them all in order, you see.)
When I went to get back to work, a Grey Helper appeared!
I managed to shoo him away for another episode, but he was back at picture time. At least he's a good measure of growth, right?
It took about four episodes to finish this one. The finished rug is about 41" around. I love stripes. I hope the potential recipient loves stripes too...
