As I walk out from the darkness.
I woke up this morning, stil feeling crap. But momentarily calm and relaxed because of my dream, (I'm about to do the dream update, but its the Liverpool one.) I talked to Dave on the phone, and felt a heap better! We had a laugh and just talked. He then admitted he wanted me to get his train ticket. So after I had a shower ect. I looked on www.nationalrail.co.uk and got the ticket information. The total cost was £39. I then went and got my mums credit card (with permission) but had to go on another website to actually by the tickets so went on http://www.gnertickets.co.uk/buy_tickets/requirements/journey_requirements.asp?T2ID=3432_200691021232 to get them. On the GNER website, you get 10% discount for ordering online, so Daves tickets came to £34.70! Which was great! He's paying me back later. I'll make sure of it ;-) Anyway, heres whats happening:
7th October:
Departs: 12.47pm
Arrives: 20.06
(there is a change at Newcastle)
Ticket Price: £12.45 (should of been £14)
15th October:
Departs: 10.44
Arrives: 18.15
(also a change at Newcastle)
Ticket Price: £22.25 (should of been £25)
Not to bad prices, especially the ticket for him to get here! It costs nearly £6 for a return to Dundee, which isn't that far away (20mins)
So he gets to be here on the 9th! Thats great, not that I/we have anything planned as of yet. I'm sure we'll make the most of it ;-)
Anyway, the rest of today. Haven't done much. Had to go and buy my mum cigerettes, so took that opportunity to look at hair dye. Saw one brownish colour that wouldn't be too dark. Would be perfect actually. But I'll have a look elsewhere first. I also watched Mean Girls for the first time in ages! Not much else to report.
