There are few things I love more than lulzy facial expressions, and while the Band of Brothers cast is gorgeous, it also has more than its fair share of rubberfaces. Here are about 70 of my favorite caps from the "Making Of" feature, with a few boot camp stills thrown in -- and seriously, this is less than half of what I took. There are probably 50

-He is, isn't he? I get so disoriented when I see his headshot where he's all chiseled jawline, but hilariously, if you watch him in boot camp, you can totally see him rocking the underbite in preparation: it pops up more and more as the feature progresses. Oh Frank!

a) Whenever I see Michael Cudlitz being lulzy like so, all that comes to mind for me is D3: The Mighty Ducks, because, come on. It's the Mighty Ducks. No other role could possibly compete with that besides Bull.
B) FJH is handsome. I also had the odd revelation that he bears a resemblance to Tom Cruise in many of the candids that come up in Google Image Search, notably this one.
c) Kirk Acevedo is adorable, and was also the best part of Fringe, tied with John Noble.
d) That Jump Day cap is adorable. Expressions + outfits = incongruity and also illegal adorableness.
BAND OF BROTHERS, BREAKFAST OF CHAMPIONS.
