[Studio 60/The West Wing] The Comedy of Errors

Jan 17, 2007 20:14

My second season of The West Wing arrived tonight, so I'll probably be off in front of my television squealing for a while. But I've been meaning to write this ever since 1x16, "20 Hours in L.A."

I mean, of course they were at that fundraiser. Of course.

-We're not a couple. -We're a duo, that's different. 1867 words. )

tv, fiction, the west wing, studio 60

I really enjoy the words in these two sentences:
Danny has gone positively Byronic. Matt hides the champagne glass in the urn.

I really should catch up on this show, it's good...

Thanks! And yes, you should! Watch it so it stays on the air, which will make many people, myself included, very, very happy.

If you don't have Bravo for the back episodes, they're out there in other places.

Whoa! That's not the place I was thinking of at all, but -- hey, sweet! Thanks!

That was great! anonymous January 18 2007, 18:47:02 UTC
I was wondering how long it would take before someone wrote a WW/S60 crossover. Loved the case of mistaken identity. I admit it took me a bit to figure out what was going on.
Nicely written.

Thank you! I was surprised not to have seen more of them, despite TWW being fictional in S60 canon. Once I saw the episode in question, it was pretty much a compulsion from there on out. I'm glad you enjoyed it!

Nice. I've been looking forward to reading such a crossover. Thanks.

Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it. And if someone tries the same thing with Sports Night, I hope it doesn't stay a secret long.
