Well, new domains cost a whopping $3.95 at the slightly misnomered DomainsAreFree, so the only limits are your creativity and availability.

Joan and I in fact dated for about two weeks. And she's also planning on heading to the 'Bay, you know...

Oh yes. She's one of the reasons I feel comfortable going out there -- there are something like five or six friends of mine who'll be out there next year. She's stage managing me in No Exit!

Oh, I'm not worried about meeting people -- but having a few people to start off with makes moving two thousand miles further west than I've ever really been a lot less scary. (Possibly we should meet first here? *g* I'm working at Ex Libris tonight and could say hi between 4 and 6.)

It was closer to a month, really. (I only feel compelled to point this out because...well, I'd like to say it's in the name of the unvarnished truth or something, but odds are it's that I'm still short on sleep post-Scav and I don't know when to shut up.)
