The good news is I made this amazingly gorgeous loaf of bread today! Glorious, glorious crust! Beautiful bubbles in the bread! A good sound when you knock on the bottom! The loveliest gluten strands and bubbles in the dough!
This created two problems for me. One, there is simply too much bread. It is gigantic. It is delicious. It is huge. There is just so much of this bread.
