Oh my god, no wonder you never want to answer the past filmography questions.

So last night I finally watched The Covenant.

I don't know if I'm ever going to recover. Like. Props to Sebastian Stan for being the only person on that cast even trying to act (and oh, how he tries to salvage something from the role! he's the only person who talks like people actually talk, with cadences and naturalism and everything!), and props also to the casting director for finding a lead who is literally like watching toothpaste. That's impressive, in its way. But like. That might be the funniest damn movie I've ever seen, apart from the places where I wanted to cringe right out of my own skin. (I will never be over "How 'bout I make you my wi-atch?")

If you too want to experience the wonder and the majesty of The Covenant, here you go. It's staggering. (I told myself I wasn't going to watch this one, but I tried putting on this WWI flying aces movie with James Franco and it was so by-the-numbers I couldn't manage more than 10 minutes, so. At least The Covenant is fun!)

Also, yesterday was Chris Evans' birthday, so somehow it only seemed appropriate.
