He feels infinite; I think "interminable" would be the better word.

Just had waffles and bacon with my dad. What a good breakfast! What a good dad. <3

Hello from Ohio! Gus is as cuddlebuggy and pesky as ever. For being on spring break, I sure have two tons of things to do, including putting a portfolio/resume page on
magpieandwhale, working on all the fiction I've been wanting to write but haven't had time to, and doing my taxes. Apparently we're supposed to get all this snow? Winter, I am by no means your biggest fan, but ENOUGH ALREADY. Aren't you bored yet? You don't even go here!

We watched The Perks of Being a Wallflower last night (my dad's choice; he's pretty indiscriminate). It was dreadful. I mean, it made me terrifically glad I'm not a teenager anymore, but it was so... earnest and overwrought and forced and twee. (I felt that way about the book too, which I read at the behest of a dear friend who really got a lot out of it, but I never wanted to say as much, because it meant so much to him.) For a movie about high school in the '80s, it made me long for Donnie Darko.

Anyway, as soon as the library opens, we're heading over to pick a few more DVDs out. I will be sure to pick better ones as we hole up in advance of this snowstorm.
