Some forever shoes

I had told her earlier about the gift certificate, and the circumstances, and why I was becoming increasingly certain that whatever came of it would have to be really, really special. (Coincidentally, I also agreed with her. I am still all emoticon-faces about you guys.)
Well. This is probably going to be the only time in my life these or something like these will ever come home with me. So, as a follow-up to your incredible, gobsmacking generosity of earlier this year, a report on the Fluevogs that you guys came together for.
Terrible picture, but it seems to be the best one I can nab. They are... in danger of never coming off my feet again. My mom has always said, in these situations, "Wear them in good health."
I am genuinely antsy about coming off as any kind of "the lady doth protest too much," but. Thank you, more than I can adequately express; always, always, for your love and support, thank you.
