I don't know what kind of different treatment my mom's getting right now, but I talked with her for a little bit just now and she sounds better than I've heard her in months. Still not perfect, but herself all the way. Much more energy and focus too.
She's starting radiation on Wednesday, so. All limb- and digit-crossing, start your engines.
