Not enough lulzy faces in my life.

Had a dream last night that I was Frank John Hughes playing Bill Guarnere, and that we were doing a run of some sort (not Currahee, more like Holland) and I was missing my left leg from the mid-calf down. Yet somehow putting on a boot still worked, because the air pressure inside the boot kept my leg steady. Dream physics, what? (I'm more confused by that than by being FJH-as-Guarnere. Also, that it was the wrong leg. Go figure.)

I went to sleep so early last night -- it wasn't even 10 when I turned out my lights. Thus, up at 6. On the plus side, actual tea for waking up! And tea with half-and-half too, since I have a bunch leftover from a recipe that's been feeding me all week.

Feeling good about the next Innogen chapter to write; I'm even optimistic that it'll happen some at work. Since this week is such a watershed chapter, and since it marks the end of the first third of the story, I'm considering doing some "The story of the film story so far" videos, possibly with inspiration from the Geeky Blonde's explanation of Cymbeline, which I love, and which has the best Bed Intruder parody ever.

That momentum means that Your Crooked Soul has slowed down a little, since I'm still figuring out some of the fundamentals there, but if today is as quiet as I hope it'll be, then maybe we'll be in luck. (Note to self: Accomplish work, then go on Duotrope, not the other way around, because the other way around will not happen.)
