so i've been getting into a really weird back and forth with exercise and eating.
if i eat then i have to work out,
and if i want to work out i have to eat.
kinda confusing?

and one of my friends just texted me to go for a drive with her....
which is kinda weird because the two of us have never actually hung out by ourselves for more than like... ten minutes while waiting for another person.
and that makes me a little anxious.
