WIN!
first day of class.
running on 4/5 hours of sleep.
BUT i ate breakfast,
and i ate lunch,
and i ate dinner,
and i worked out.
i'm very excited about my program this quarter,
and all the people in my seminar are amazing.
most of them are a lot older than me, but it's okay.
i like it, and i think it will be easier to feed off them, then if it was all freshman.
and our teachers rock.
it's been a good day, and i'm proud of myself.
i didnt let any little bumps along the way throw me off.
i'm getting better and recognizing things that are making me anxious,
and telling myself why they arent a big deal,
and how i can fix it.
my anxiety has been getting pretty bad lately, but this helps.
i just have to remember to take a breath and take a step back to look at the situation.
