tattoo artists/shops?

I know there are recommendations for tattoo artists and shops in the memories, but they're pre-K, so I wasn't sure if they were still open or not. Can anyone recommend someone good who is definitely open now? Also, what do y'all think of this design?



The blue would fade out towards the bottom but that was hard to render. The motto reads "wounded not broken".
