I'm pretty sure you could drop a link to this into longmiretv if you wanted. It's not a very active group except sometimes on Mondays/Tuesdays while the show's in-season.

callmeonetrack owns the group, and I'm sure she'd welcome fanfic, or links to it.

Here by way of Longmiretv and really glad you posted the link there. I really like this - Vic and Sean and so broken and complicated and I like how you've captured them as adults here, neither being completely at fault for the relationship falling apart (and not pointing fingers either!), but both of them recognizing that it's coming to an end. It makes me sad for them here. Nice job! :)

Aww, thanks for such kind words. I'm glad Lana told me about Longmiretv. I may not have thought to look for it otherwise.

I really liked how they handled that scene in the episode, and I wanted to explore it further. I'm so glad you liked it.

Thanks so much for reading. :D

I don't know anything about this fandom but it's always nice to read your prose. Seems like there's quiet acceptance about the dissolution of the relationship from both parties. Intimate, close-up look at things.

Thanks for reading this. :D

Yeah, it's not a good marriage, but neither party is to blame really. And it seems like the husband is at a place where he can let go, and maybe that'll give them both a chance at happier lives.

Thanks again for the read. :)

I had gotten out of the habit of watching "Longmire" but this makes me want to start back asap. This captures how I saw Vic and her environment, and I love how you depict Walt here...very much how I saw him.

Aww, that's so nice of you to say.

This season is really good so far. Lots of excitement and complicated plot lines. It's fun. But mainly I'm there for Walt and Vic.

The latest episode makes it clear that Vic would rather be at work with Walt and the others than home with Sean. I feel bad for Sean because he seems like a nice enough guy, just maybe not right for Vic.

Thanks so much for reading and the kind words. :D
