Ah, this is so great. Laura knows Kara's past and pain so well and is wise enough to understand that loving her like this, rather than lecturing her, is how she can help her get past it. Sam too -- really love seeing him as the supportive friend and him and Laura as allies in making sure Kara doesn't complete her mission of self destruction.

Aww, thanks. This idea is what I love most about Laura/Kara. Between the two of them, they're experts in pain and loss, but they keep going - and they're better together than they would be alone. I just love them.
