I'm gonna share a link to an article I read this afternoon (Yeah, I had a lot of no shows today, and I had finished most of my work related projects, so field related reading was on the table--and I may have also participated in an anti Twilight/Fifty Shades rant, but I do that every day...) Anyway, I read "Crossing Boundaries: Co-op Students Relearning to Write" in the June issue of CCC.It talked about what students in rhetoric/composition courses should learn in order to have the necessary skills transfer into writing in the work place--and whether or not that's possible.
