(no subject)
nora is officially a texas teenage driver. yep, i got my permit. yep, i drove on a highway. and yepped, i passed a car on mopac. haha, it was really scary though.
today after school me and my mom went and got our nails done as a little "2 month" celebration, and the two vietnamense ladies went on about there culture with women and such. i really think i learned more in that one hour about vietnamese culture than i have ever in a social studies class. for example, did you know that it is bad luck to see a snake or turtle? or if you are at a funeral and a cat jumps over the open casket then the dead body will get up and run away. annd if you get married and your husband finds out you aren't a virgin, then his family sends you a pig head with one of the ears cut off and puts it on a tray so everyone knows and that brings disgrace to your family. pretty interesting.
i get attached easily. not a good thing.
im really excited for the spring cup tournament, who knows why. i think its just because its felt like for a long time i haven't actually played soccer with my team, our team, like the 91 girls team. it will be nice diong that again.
yesterday i went tanning, that went rather well. except i wore a strapless swimsuit so now there is a straight line across my chest...as well as a print of the tie on my back. haha oh well, a tan is a tan. and summer here i come...speaking of summer, me and my mom were discussing possible vacation ideas. i was thinking new york, but i figured that would be best for the summer. so then we thought hawaii!! she seemed just as excited for it as i was, even though i think it would be cool to go on a cruise that is out of the question...so hawaii it is. all we have to do now is convince my dad of it...ha.
i need more people time. i feel like i dont have enough of it..or i have alot of it, but then school comes and i feel completely dettached.

i think im gonna go do more soduku...i'm not gonna lie, im pretty addicted to it. especially since i just found out today that not only do you have to have 1-9 in the column/row, but also the little mini 3x3 box. muchly exciting.
