Customer Call #2 - Funny
Now before I explain this one and you call me evil for thinking this is funny, let me give you some background. This customer is having issues sending mass emails (aka spam). We have worked with them multiple times and they have stated that one of my co-workers is basically a liar. Ok, that being said. We were in the middle of troubleshooting, and suddenly someone came in and mentioned that the customer's car was on fire and smell really bad. At which point the customer seemed shocked and did not say anything. I finally jumped in with the fact that I had just over head and they best check out their car.
