i dreamt last night that i attended a mystical school
the supernatural, magic, etc
i was a wizard.. thing
but there were vampires and what not there too
it was the last week of term so no one was keen on working
the headmaster decided on a game where there could only be one winner
there were various tasks you had to accomplish
we started with up to 8 golf clubs
well i did, i think you were only allowed to take one
then we had to hit people with golf balls, which made them lose points, which made the person hitting the balls at a better position.
then it became night
it was always dark, but it became night
suddenly light was the enemy
we had to find spray cans which had a light liquid
mine was yellow coloured
there was no break separating the events, we were on our one once it commenced
i remember getting a huge run-up, diving onto my back, sliding past people headlong on the floorboards of a large hall where many of them had gathered. i sprayed them as i slid past
i soon found a partner. he was a young attractive, fit vampire
i was significantly stronger than he though.
we figured we were the most likely to win, so it was a way of keeping an eye on eachother
the others were mere pawns.
using my uncanny sense of direction we made our way to the back of the castle
we came accross a room full of random things
i figured it out, we had something of our own in there
something we must take with us
i saw a frilly pillow in there
it was white, and it had my brother's first and last name on it
it was really strange as up until that point, i didnt think he attended the school
besides, if he were in the game/tournament, he would have been my partner...
i found my item. i cant remember what it was though.
while the vampire guy was looking for his item
i saw a little lantern on green flames about 150m away, out the window on the roof of another building
it was so out of place that it had to have been a target we must reach
i was sure i had to put my sacred item into the flame
as i said, i cant remember what my item was, but i can tell you i knew it would have been burnt
that point of the task must have been to assess what meant more to the competitor
their object, or winning.
i was stronger and more cunning than my vampire partner
also, i had the right to lead as i was leading already, and i was the one who saw the next objective (the green fire)
to get there, we had to leap from the hall building.
so, i begun climbing out the window and upward
it was really difficult and seemed unsafe
the wood was weak
there was a sign there (for the purpose of the tournament) which, in short, said
'this is indeed the fastest way, though you are taking this path at your own risk'
as i reached for the second hand-hold, the dream ended
