Lika. You are a dumb cunt of a manager. Keep talking down and treating people like they are lower then you and you will find yourself fucked sooner than later. Don't tell me how to do my job. I will be right way more often then you are. Stop trying to catch people doing stuff you dont "think" is right. Accept the fact that no one respects you and try and figure out why that is.

Im not going to come in and treat you like shit at your job because someone somewhere down the line messed something up. Or more often, you messed something up.
