Planned Dates for this year: June 7th, June 21st, July 5th, July 26th, August 9th
New Edit June 26th: For the meet on June 5th, if people go to the beach, I will be able to go, but I will be late :( Won't be able to get there till about 3 or 4pm.

Since I have no clue with traveling to NJ, what would you recommend for someone taking a bus or train from NYC? Not sure yet if I can make it, but I'll keep it in mind as an option for this weekend.

oooh cool! :) I recommend the NJ Transit Trains, they will take you down to me, and we can car pool if you want.. I have one spot in my car :) As long as you get to the New Brunswick Train Station by noon, you can carpool with me :)

The NJ transit trains will also take you down to The Red Bank area, then you can take a bus.. or you can take buses directly there:

NYC - Atlantic Highlands (there is a stop on route 36, that has a bus that will take you directly to Sandy Hook, ask the bus driver for info on it)
Depart : PORT AUTHORITY BUS TERM [41ST & 8TH ENT](On 116 Perth Amboy) 10:30 A.M
Arrive : SMITH ST. & ELM ST. 11:27 A.M

if it's debatable because it's a nude beach, remember that clothing is optional, no need to get naked if you don't want, but you should be aware that there will be nudity there :)

I'm sorry, but I think it being a " Nude Beach " is a very big turn off for some furs. I mean, I know there are other furmeets, but if there were beach meets that were less... embarrasing, I think more people would actually show up.

I feel like an ass but, some people think this is really really embarrasing. >_<

Maybe furmeets should be less about nudity, and more about enjoying what NJ has to offer us, maybe something more.. open to everyone.

We actually do have regular meets..weekly, on thursdays in central jersey at a local bakery cafe..

The clothing optional ones are jus for furs who wanna join me and a few others.. and we actually do get a nice crowd :)
The number of furs who go range 10-30..
