I'm still around but stolen internet is shaky (one week until the real thing) and I don't post much anyways.
Sitting around mostly naked in my lovely apartment, I really do love it, it's worth the bus. It's already becoming the flop house for friends to lazy to walk home we always wished it would be.

This morning I woke up and cleaned the remnants of Emily's and my experiment with vegan huevos rancheros. Neither of us are vegan, but as it turns out we make a mean tofu scramble, we just need more tofu next time. (the secret is soft tofu, turmeric, and chili powder if you were curious)

At the moment I only have three days of classes a week, but I'm meeting with some people at the museum this afternoon to discuss an independent study in which I organize and archive their Earth Art materials that are currently sitting vaguely chronologically in a box. Having discussed things with my advisor it would maybe be best to look at this project as one on archives, and less one on Earth Art, which sounds great really. Said independent study could take up my life. If it doesn't I'll apply to work in the Fine Arts Library, or something equally along the lines of student jobs.

classes this semester:
1 300 level basically on my advisors favorite buildings (a full two hours of my life dedicated to the Barcelona Pavillion, and another two on Grand Central Station amongst other things, how can this be bad?)
2 seminars one on Alberti, and one on Le Corbusier (both focusing on the parallels between their texts and their designs)
Swedish (which I might take pass/fail for my sanity)
Independent Study

Basically I am in fact alive and doing stuff.
(Stuff I haven't done that I should: Study for GREs, Laundry, Practice my Concertina)
