I hate christmas. For me, it's seriously the worst time of year except for vacationing. I'm not a christian, so this holiday never meant that much to me anyway. Presents sure are dandy though. I must say, I am guilty of enjoying gifts. I can at least be honest about this. That, in itself, makes christmas a little bit cool for me. I'm sure that if presents were not allowed to be exchanged during christmas, a lot of kids would just ditch jesus, and join another religion so they could get the latest "cool product". As sad as that sound, we all know it's true. Not to say that all people would do that, but a lot of people probably would in a very slick way to avoid being called "hypocrites" or "slime-balls" and what have you...
I watch tv, and it seriously pisses me off. People can be so fucking naive. Take Dr. Phil's show for example. Of course, he decides to cash in on a christmas special. I would also, but people don't see that it's all bullshit. First of all, Dr. Phil is what I call a "fraud" because he tells people a bunch of dirt that they already know about themselves. They are just too in denial to solve their own problems so either:
1. they want to appear on national television
2. they are just stupid enough to pay money and travel from state to state, so they can be told a lot of crap they knew about themselves in the first place.
or
3. they have no grip on reality whatsoever.
I admire this person though. He knows how to drill people psychologically. He's fucking rich for boosting people's egos. More power to him I guess.
People are stupid, so they deserve it.
